Crossforum theatre of democracy - development challenges

I added a control mask to the plan:

It's now beginning to look like Thomas's meta-tool:

It should be possible to do all of the of day-to-day stuff through
this interface, even from a mobile device.  (Drafting will be clumsy
from a smartphone, but it should at least be possible.)

I'll spend a few days learning GWT, then I'll start coding it.
Hopefully I can deliver the first small piece in a couple of weeks.
